You will research a specific civil rights issue (Higher Education being harder to obtain in less privileged neighborhoods) and trace its progress throughout the decades. You will be required to make connections between the Civil Rights Movement of the 50s/60s/70s and the progress and/or setbacks up until today.
You will complete TWO annotated bibliographies
