(2) Strengths Section (Bullet/Support Format)
Remember to be able to answer, why would the above target market buy from you or this product? – Knowing that the target market has choices from the above mentioned competitors.
(3) Weaknesses Section (Bullet/Support Format)
Remember to be able to answer, why wouldnt the above target market buy from you or this product? – Knowing that the target market has choices from the above mentioned competitors.
(4) Opportunities Section (Bullet/Support Format)
Remember to be able to answer, what outside influences would enhance the possibilities for our product/service to be purchased?
(5) Threats Section (Bullet/Support Format)
Remember to be able to answer, what outside influences could decrease the possibilities for our product/service to be purchased? This is where competition should clearly be identified.
(6) Strategy Section (Bullet/Support Format)
Knowing that Weaknesses are controllable variables, in this section is where you identify the weakness and then the steps necessary to make it a strength. You should do this for as many of the Weaknesses that you can. You, too, need to look at the Threats and see if you can refer to them as opportunities if able.
