Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to take a position on an arguable issue relevant to your research topic, explain various points of view, and to support your position with evidence from research.
Throughout the semester you have been learning how to fine-tune your writing technique/style in a way that promotes and advances your academic and scholarly writing abilities. Now is the time to put all of your newly learned skills to use. For this paper, you will be writing an argument of which the basis will be proven by research. Using a current public issue as a basis, you will construct an argument pertaining to some aspect of that issue- using the four following questions: What is the issue? What is the current state of the problem? What has already been done about the problem? And, what do you think can be done to correct the problem?
Regardless of your topic, in order to complete this paper, you will need to incorporate at least 3 to 4 outside sources. That means that you need to find no less than three resources to include as
references to support your argument. Using less than the required amount will result in a significant reduction in the final grade.
Please make sure all of your sources are of a scholarly nature. You are permitted to use the internet as one of the three sources, however this source MUST be from a .edu or .org background. Please make sure you document your sources carefully BOTH in the body of your paper and on a separate works cited page.
If at any time during the process, you get stuck, please feel free to ask for help or guidance either from me or from a tutor.

The paper specifics are as follows:
LENGTH: 6 FULL paragraphs of a minimum of 12-15 sentences and should include BOTH a title page and a References page.
