The essay should answer the following questions:
What is a life/work/school challenge you have faced? Please include a
description of the challenge.
What did you do to resolve the challenge?
What you would do differently, if anything, given the opportunity? If you
would you stay with your initial course of action please explain why.
What have you learned from this challenge? How would you modify your behavior for the future?
The essay must meet the following criteria:
Essay length must be no less than 150 words
Essay must be typed and double-spaced.
The essay should be written in the first person.
The essay should contain proper grammar and
spelling
