Prepare a presentation on the company Caterpillar Inc. My role is an external consultant and my audience is the Board of Directors/Corporate Suite of the company. The content for the slideshow is as follows:
1. Brief background of the company and its product(s)
2. Analyze how aspects of the companys strategic management impact its economic performance. These aspects should include (but need not be limited to):
a. External and internal environments of the company
b. Business-level, corporate-level, and international strategies
c. Company structure, culture, and corporate governance
d. Approaches to leadership and ethical management of company
3. Must highlight ONE serious problem
4. Then provide ONE recommendation and at least TWO related actions for how the recommendation could be implemented
