Paper requirements-1,200+ word minimum APA (Times Roman, 12 point, double spaced, one inch margins, cover page, running head, page #, no abstract page, and reference page all in APA). Be sure to include a minimum of 6 total sources and include them in your minimum 6 references and minimum 6 citings to help you highlight your topic. Writing is expected to include critical thinking about how your references relate to your movie.

Write in APA (citing and reference) not MLA
You are required to turn in your papers on the date listed in the dated Drop Box. You will be able to see your percentage of plagiarism (same as originality score).
VERY Important—- If you are over 30% but it is mainly quotes I will allow over 30% originality.
Plagiarism will be penalized with a 0 to 50% on the paper. Plagiarism includes copying and pasting from another source, yourself or student paper as well as turning in another student’s paper that has been turned in before. This is why you need to review the APA book so that you cite correctly. You will be turning in your papers through turnitin.com if you are over 30% it is likely that you have plagiarized.
All papers must be submitted through Canvas in the drop box provided. If you see an exclamation mark that means it has been submitted and is waiting to be graded. DO NOT EMAIL PAPERS to my email. If you are having trouble using the drop box, use a different computer. Turn in early so you make the deadline (no exceptions for computer problems).
Papers must have an Introduction subheading (Level One Heading) and a Conclusion section with a subheading (Level One Heading).
All papers must be grammatically correct and all spelling must be correct (proofread).
When quoting the slides— Include the Pp title and slide number in your citations inside your assignment or paper.
The following are some additional paper guidelines:
You need 5 sentences minimum for a paragraph. When quoting you need page number or slide number.
Example: When quoting (Smith, 2007, p. 2). According to Smith (2007) “__________” (p.2).
Try an outline before writing. Same font needed for references.
References need to be in APA and alphabetic order. The citing throughout the paper needs to be in APA format. Proofread and break up your paragraphs. Introduction should list and introduce what is going to be discussed. Conclusion needs some detail.
Do not start sentences with “and, but, or because”.
