For this assignment, you will write a paper (at least five pages long – 1200-1500 words) in which you present a thesis statement answering a question about a specific issue within the broader subject of food. To help prove your thesis, you will need to use at least four secondary research sources.
The goal of the assignment is for you to assimilate relevant research and come to a conclusion about your chosen topic. That conclusion should be your own, derived from your own particular research, though it will, of course, be part of the larger conversation on the topic that is presented in the research work of others. You are not simply reporting on what others have discovered about your topic; rather, you are using your own research and the research of others to make an argument and come to a new conclusion about the topic.

My central argument is that Saint Johns Wort is a better option to treat mild to moderate depression than commonly used
anti-depressants. The main reasons are :
It treats the actaul depression as weel as if not better then common antidepressant drugs
It is cost effective and cost less than common antidepressant drugs
It has less side effects than common antidepressant drugs

It has so many benefits besides from treating depression
it has been used as a medication since the first century
