Your research paper will look at a recent real-world political event of your choosing from a Comparitive Politics perspective. You should be examining this topic from both Cultural, and Economic standpoints while showing its impact and implications on the global stage. Your final paper should be 10-12 pages long (2500-3000 words) long- double spaced. In addition, and separate from your page/word count, they will also contain a works cited section. You must use at least 4 peer reviewed articles from your library for your paper but may also include additional sources so long as they are academic in nature. You are free to use whatever citation style you wish but you must use in text citations and it must be used correctly and consistently. I recommend Chicago style, but it is not a requirement of the paper.
