Please do not attempt to upload your work using your mobile phone as a hotspot. The video may take quite a long time to upload depending on your internet connection speed, and almost invariably, mobile phone hot-spotting will cause a timeout unless you are connected to the internet with a reliable wi-fi connection.
If you are experiencing issues with uploading, you should contact IT Support, who are trained and have the tools to remote into your computer to see what is happening. While you can certainly inform the course convenor of your issues, support must be sourced from the IT Helpdesk.
