This is a CASE STUDY PORTFOLIO NOT AN ESSAY FORMAT you may add some paragraphs for the reply to the
questions provided. The case study should be based on AN ELEMENTARY STUDENT
A couple of questions have been brought up about the final assignment for this course. Please take a look at the guidelines which was taken straight from the syllabus. I am expecting a paper (APA format) that addresses each bullet thoroughly. Artifacts of the assessments used can be included, but are not required. Let me know if you need further clarification.
You will need to identify a student to focus on for this case study from your lab time experiences.
Your portfolio should include:
A description of the student (background, educational history, etc.).
A listing of dates and times spent with the student.
A list of described assessment recommendations that are developmentally appropriate for the student and why.
Create and describe an instructional plan for the student based on their assessment data.
Describe what you observed implementing your plan. What worked? What did not work? What would you change and why. Discuss Note: your grade for this assignment is not based on student growth – just the research, planning, and reflection.
Using the same assessment, you will reassess the same student. Discuss the results of the assessment (what changes did you identify)?
What do you recommend for future instruction for this student and why (based on the final assessment results).
Include any additional materials utilized.
Be sure to include a citation for any materials you utilized (textbook, internet source, etc.).
Please submit utilizing APA format.
