The population is Cuban Immigrants Design of an Intervention for Immigrant or Refugee Family or Community— Students will research evidence-based practices with specific problem area(s) with the selected client group and develop an intervention depending on the student’s chosen field of practice and skill set. It will be essential to integrate interventions that incorporate practices that address individual, family, community, and organizational strengths and problems. A discussion of ethical dilemmas and decision-making must be included in an 8-10 page paper. A synthesis/summary of your population’s data/history is presented in Essay 1. It should not be more than two pages long. Present the main problem (an extension of your discussion in Essay 1). What are the models/theory that you will integrate/use to help/support the model? Reflection: What is the role in the process? How does your positionality impact the work- impact your dynamics in the workplace, daily life as you think about your populations and/or other disadvantaged communities?
