Throughout this semester you have learned how to find, evaluate and apply psychology research and resources to a problem that have seen in the workplace (either current or past). In weeks 6 and 7 you will develop your 4-6 page Workplace Problem-Solution Proposal where you will share your research process, findings and reflections. In your Workplace Problem-Solution Proposal, please create the following sections and reply to each question within the section: INTRODUCTION What is the purpose of this proposal? What is the problem that needs to be addressed? DISCUSSION WITH SUPPORTING EVIDENCE What is the proposed solution? How will the proposal solve the problem? What findings from social psychology research support the effectiveness of the proposed solution? Support your findings with quotations, and summary of information from your sources. Be sure to use in-text citations (see Week 5: How is Psychology Research Attributed?) CONCLUSION What are the benefits and risks of adopting this proposal? REFERENCES List your resources in a ‘References’ page using APA format. See Week 5: How is Psychology Research Attributed? for details.
