Prepare a Memorandum of Law in opposition to defendant’s Motion to Suppress. Student attorneys will conduct research and cite Supreme Court or other relevant case law that supports your position that all of the evidence that defendant is seeking to suppress was legally obtained. Prosecutors will rebut each of the defense arguments for suppression (physical evidence and statements).
