Perhaps more than any other religion, Buddhism is associated with happiness. According to Buddhist thinking, happiness and sorrow are our own responsibility and completely within our control. A central tenet of Buddhism is that we are not helpless victims of unchangeable emotions.

Restate your thesis and main viewpoint
Briefly summarize your main points, to remind the reader of what youve told them in the body of the paper. An easy way to do this is to rephrase all of your topic sentences
Add up all of your main points & topic sentences to figure out what the significance of all the research is– and explicitly state the significance of your research. In other words, explain how what you learned can help the next researcher who wants to pursue research related to this topic
Make explicit suggestions for further research in this area. Explain how what you discovered in this project only scratches the surface of whatever issues you discussed. Talk about what you left out because of your page limitations. Send future researchers in the right direction by giving them suggestions to use your work as a platform for their own.
