Research the effect Covid-19 has had on cardiovascular health in those who contracted the disease and compare that data with those who have not contracted the disease. Then analyze whether or not Covid-19 has had an effect on exercise for those who have contracted the disease. Come up with an exercise plan with modifications (if needed) for those who have contracted Covid-19 and use as many exercises as you’d like to make up the 30 pages.
