Could you please complete this project twice, once for me and the once for a friend of mine with me in the class. This is Intro to Computing in Engineering course (Python). I have attached one file of the assignment and another of the slides that explain the assignment. For now, we need part 1 (the data) and part 2 (the plan). Eventually, there will be a part 3 (the analysis) that we will need done as well.

Pharmacokinetics
When taking a pill, it takes time to enter the bloodstream (increases, say over 6 hours; this is called the “absorption curve”). Then it reaches a maximum level (the “peak height”). Then your body processes it over time (where there is a decrease, say over 7 days; this is called the “elimination curve”). This analysis of drug delivery is called Pharmacokinetics. There are simple models to represent these changes and much more complex ones as well. This video provides a good overview of Pharmacokinetics.
Epidemiology Models and Predictions
See the CDC’s site for more information on the Standardized Infection Ratio (SIR). And here is an article on How Epidemiologists Simulate COVID-19 Deaths. Also, Chapter 11 of this book introduces the SIR model for Epidemiology.
Titanic Passenger Analysis
This problem uses real data from the Titanic to analyse passenger. It includes a link to a titanic.csv file contains data for 887 of the real Titanic passengers. What new questions and analysis could you do with this dataset?
Boston Housing
Here is an article demonstrating how to do analysis on a Boston Housing Dataset (using linear regression). What new questions, and new analysis, could you investigate?
Somerville Happiness
In 2019 there was a Somerville Happiness Survey conducted that measures “residents’ overall happiness and satisfaction with many aspects of life in Somerville.” From this data, what can you conclude about the residents (overall, but also within different neighborhoods or other demographic breakdowns)?
