Examples include but are not limited to physician contracts, patient transfers, billing practices, mergers and acquisitions, etc. o The narrative should include a detailed description of how these activities may potentiate a compliance violation and what the organization can do to mitigate the associated risk. o This section should be informed with at least two scholarly sources for each of the selected activities. • Reflect on personal leadership character and skills that cultivate a strong ethical climate in the workplace. o This section should include a reflection on the learner’s personal leadership strengths and weaknesses. For this section, the learner may draw from information presented in the first section on leadership theories and approaches. • Develop solid conclusions about organizational ethics and healthcare compliance.
