It is the same assignment you’ve done before, except that you’ll revise all the sections one last time, as indicated (and as before, please highlight those changes), plus you’ll be adding keywords and an abstract – and possibly a budget, if your project will require money beyond any funds already in place (for instance, funds already exist for the salaries of continuing teachers, so you would not need a budget for teacher trainings that take place during the regular school day).
