For the Visual Analysis, you should be describing the line, color, texture, mass, and composition of your primary work of art (you can analyze either Ophelia or Mariana but not both).
This part of the assignment is the Annotated Bibliography, where you show me the sources you intend to use for your assignment. You should have five scholarly sources. They may be about Millais, about his the Pre-Raphaelite painters (the group he was a part of), about why Ophelia is a popular subject, or anything that might help your argument.
Your argument is still a difficult one to make because you are arguing that something is more popular that other paintings. How will you argue this? Perhaps you can look for articles about the popularity of Pre-Raphaelite painting? Or how frequently Ophelia is exhibited?
Either way, your references right now are only the paintings, which do not count. You need five books and/or journals that are peer-reviewed for this portion of the assignment. Good luck!
