Use any source possible to find examples of contracts. This does not need to be more than one page in length. Include signature lines. Make sure the contract “looks like” a contract. Explain how this written contract might be covered by the Statute of Frauds. This means to name the type of contract of the six types it might be. 6c. Give the advantages for this partnership if they incorporate. Part 7. What are the implied warranties of title, merchantability, and particular purpose? How are third parties affected by implied warranties? How can implied warranties be disclaimed? Part 8. What are the goals of the Bankruptcy Act? What specific types of relief are available through bankruptcy? Part 9. Describe four types of negotiable instruments, explaining how each is used. Then tell the 7 essential requirements of negotiability. Part 10. Write about each of the three legal forms of ownership: sole proprietor, partnership, and corporation. Tell how each one is started, ended, and the advantages of each over the other two.
