The assignment is to use three or four of the surveys we do in class, and/or ones you have taken in the past such as the MBTI, to answer the following two questions and prepare a development plan. You should not exceed three double-spaced pages (12 pt. font and 1 inch margins) in answering the following two questions. 1. What are your overall strengths, weaknesses/liabilities and blind spots? A blind spot is a negative characteristic that you were unaware of prior to taking the surveys. 2. How might your strengths, weaknesses, or blind spots impact (a) your success in the MBA program, and (b) your career objectives? Sequenc of writing should be as followed: Personal Development Plan Rubric • Introduction and background (1 point) -Introduces purpose of the paper -Establishes importance of a personal development plan • Methods and Surveys reviewed (2 points) -Describes at least 3-4 surveys and assessments which form the basis of the plan • Describes Strengths, weaknesses/liabilities and blind spots
