Students will be asked to complete a questionnaire in the beginning of the semester that assesses their current habits when it comes to dealing with stress and anxiety and create goals based on last semester’s experiences. At the end of the semester students will complete an updated questionnaire that will ideally show improvement and movement towards their goals.
To recieve full points, students must write 4-5 sentences per answer. I’m looking for detail, realness, and authenticity, not short sentences. You will never be judged by me, so please be honest with yourself when answering these questions and really reflect on your current habits.
I want to thank you guys for your vulnerability with these, as I know they can be sensitive topics for some. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions 🙂
Please expand on your answers to the following questions. Be sure to look at your submission for questionnaire #1 to compare/contrast/reflect on your answers. Do NOT copy and paste. You will recieve an automatic 0:
1) From the beginning of the semester to now, how has your overall state of wellbeing fluctuated (changed) this semester? Have the things that have weighed you down or lifted you up in the beginning of the semester changed?
2) How are your current physical habits? How have your weaknesses, strengths, and goals changed since the beginning?
3) How have your emotional habits changed throughout the semester? Have you practiced self care, if so what have you done? What do you do when you feel sad? Happy?
