Vehicle Analysis Project
Project Directions:
❖ Research, Reviews, Picture and Statement: Using the list below, students will work to research and
compare the cost of ownership of two vehicles. Students will also provide sources for their data where
appropriate. Students will also present two reviews of their vehicle and a picture, along with a
rationalization for why they chose their vehicle. 25 points for each vehicle
❖ Analysis Spreadsheet: Students will analyze the data and provide ways to compare the data (a graph
must be used).
40 points
❖ Reflection: What did you learn from this process of creating a sheet to model something in your
world? What barriers were there to choosing a car? What were your successes and challenges? What
surprised you? For what other situations in your life might you do a comparison like this? Be creative
and thoughtful—you do not have to answer just these questions. 10 points.
