I am requesting a draft paper for my final business report. In the rubric, to get the full 50 points the draft must be 80-90% complete, and gives an excellent overall view of the writers direction in the report
Instructions for DRAFT: “Write a first draft of the final business report and submit it to your instructor for written feedback and revision advice. Keep in mind that draft does not equal an outline or one or two pages of notes. While you may not be finished entirely with the draft, you should give your instructor as much material in the body portion as possible, so they can give you feedback on global content issues such as organization, document design, development, or use of sources.”

Instructions for actual final business report:
Format and Length: Use the report format in Chapter 15 (Figure 15.12) in Locker. Include:
Title Page: 1 page
Letter of Transmittal: 1 page
Executive Summary: 1 page
Body with section headings: 5-7 pages
Conclusions and Recommendations: 1 page
Bibliography: 1-2 pages
Glossary (optional): 1 page
Appendix (optional): 1 page
References: Provide at least 10 references in the Bibliography; use footnotes or parenthetical citations to document information.
Potential Audience: Your primary readers will be the company CEO; the VP for Human Resources (HR), members of the Board of Directors, the company CFO (Chief Finance Officer), company employees, and possibly the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission).
The company CEO has approved your proposal. Now is time to get to work on the report (Writing Assignment #8)
TASK:
Using your proposal as a starting point, develop the Business Report with Recommendations that you proposed.
Use the format in Chapter 15 of the text for your report (see the guidance above, also, for format and length).
As with your proposal, use document design techniques, diagrams, photos, and other visuals to comply with the CEOs guidance.
REMINDER: Invent a hypothetical company (or use a real one) and choose a country. Its best to invent your own company, but you may choose an existing company if you prefer. If stuck for a fictional company, use Vandelay Industries (Google it for logos).

The subject matter here is a proposal to move a company completely to another country and open up shop there or to open a new branch/division in the other company. Either way, your research focuses on introducing people to the politics, economy, culture, and customs of the country. See the posted samples for more information.
