You must write a speech that (1) presents an evidence based problem faced by students, (2) produce two evidence-based solutions that could work, (3) make a case for the strongest solution, (4) address possible rebuttals to your suggested solution and refute those rebuttals and (5) encourage the audience to take action on the basis of the solution you recommend.
