FINAL CASE STUDY TOPIC
The topic for my final case study is “how to govern a newly acquired foreign company?” When investing in other countries, it is important to know how to manage the company and work with their culture. There are several resources on the importance of managing and governing newly acquired foreign companies and several examples of good and bad cases.
The articles below provide ample information of examples of what has worked for other countries and what has not worked. They also explain the importance of foreign mergers and acquisitions.
