4 sources require are 3 secondary sources and 1 is a primary source (a questionnarre).
The main content of your final professional report is fourfold:
You are tasked with the responsibility to (1) describe the details of the organization’s issue to the
extent that you were able to ascertain from your discussions with your business contact there;
(2) describe in detail the research you conducted in an attempt to better understand and produce a
solution to the business issue at hand; (3) Describe your analysis of the research you conducted –
what are the results of your research telling you? How does it relate to the organization you are
helping?; and (4) provide (feasible) suggestions to the organization on how they may be able to solve
their business problem/issue, based on the research you conducted. Further, you will be expected to
show evidence of (1) the research you conducted, (2) your correspondence with your business
contact, and (3) your appreciation of your business contact’s time – via a thank-you letter – this may
be included in the front-end material of the formal report (as is the case with the example report
available on our Canvas page), or as attachments / appendices to your final report.
