State and Explain the PAP.
This shouldnt be too difficult. Various course materials spell out the PAP. Your primary task here is to briefly provide some support for it. (Why would one think its true?)
Explain a Frankfurt Case and why its a counter-example to the PAP.
Again, not too hard. The course materials provide you with examples. Except, heres the catch: Your example should be original. Structurally, your FC should be identical to ones found in the course materials, but the details should differ. You should also explain why it (allegedly) shows the PAP is false.
Explain how a hard determinist and a libertarian might respond to your FC.
Now, things get a little more difficult. You should explain how a proponent of each position would react to your FC. You should not merely state that, say, a libertarian would reject your FC. You need to say how the libertarian would go about doing this. The same goes for the hard determinist. (Of course, it may be helpful to explain what these positions maintain.)
Defend your own view.
In your view, does the hard determinist or the libertarian have a plausible response to FCs? Do you have your own response to FCs? Or, do you think FCs show the PAP to be false after all? Defend your answer to one or more of these questions.
