Consider the organization where you work. Examine your organization in terms of three metaphors presented by Morgan. Your paper should describe your organization in no more than one page, then should address the following as it pertains to the metaphors under study in your organization:

How do my observations relate to the concepts studied?
Are there problems/issues needing resolution based on this lens?
