You have been working with Alex on issues related to anxiety and have been successful in working with them to identify their struggles with anxiety as it relates to unpredicted situations. Through your work together Alex has been able to ground themselves and build their capacity to identify their issues with unpredictable situations and uncertainty. You are not surprised that Alex is coming to see you today with intensified feelings of anxiety as a result of the on-going crisis.
