Directions View the CapraTek: Sprint Retrospective activity. Conduct a Sprint Retrospective and do the following with consideration of the events described in the CapraTek scenario. Explain the actions, and the factors that shaped them, that you as a project manager would take to addressthe issues. How do they reflect Agile methodology? Analyze the Sprint failure and draw and document conclusions that will inform future Sprints. Create a project burndown chart (using the project schedule from the last assessment) that reflects the failed Sprint. Note this will be slightly different from the burndown chart for Assessment 5, which was for one Sprint. This chart should reflect changes to the project as a whole. Outline the next Sprint plan to reflect new project realities. Explain how the lessons learned shaped the plan.
