week:
Banks Text- Chapters 7, 8, & 17
Bratton Text- Chapters 17-20
After reading and taking notes, you are to
critically analyze the Bratton readings in
the context of the Banks readings. In
other words, include critical points
addressed in the Banks readings and raise arguments made by the Bratton readings. Do not summarize the readings! It is important that you raise important arguments or raise important points presented by Bratton and elaborate on those specific points using the Banks text and other academic sources. You may include your own thoughts/opinions, but be sure that they are adequately supported. Remember, this is a critical analysis of the Bratton Week 6 readings, not a summary.
