Identify the police agency you are examining including the year it was established.
Provide the demographics of the agency (for example, jurisdiction, number of employees, sworn/non-sworn, ranks, and command structure),
Identify the current leader of this agency and provide a short summary of their background.
Identify the demographics of the community served (for example, city/state, population size, racial composition, and unique features).
Identify and explain the philosophy of policing that this department uses. If there is no specific identifiable philosophy, explain the strategy the department uses to police their community. Explain whether you believe this philosophy or strategy is effective.
Explain why you selected this agency and why you were interested in learning more about it.

For PowerPoints, use an appropriate design that is legible; include a Title Slide with student name and date, and provide at least 2–3 slides per concept. Include a Reference or Works Cited slide. Information should be presented as bulleted points. You may include speaker’s notes or a transcript to clarify the information being presented on the panels.
All documents must use college-level English, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.
All information should be properly cited and referenced using the APA style.
