Write a research-based report that explores an aspect of society on which basketball has, is or can make a positive impact, and why. Students can choose a topic already discussed in class and go more in-depth or explore a new topic. See list of pre-approved topics below. Students may cite experiential material in addition to a minimum of 12 sources.

The grade will be reduced for errors in punctuation, spelling, and grammar.

Professor: “Hello, Yes of course you can! It would be better if it was towards the positive impact, but you can highlight the negative impacts while speaking on it.”
