I CHOSE the topic Corporate Veil. Corporate veil is always a good topic to write about because there’s a lot of information for it. Write about the different factors that courts consider to determine whether it should be pierced. You can also dedicate part of your discussion on what it means for shareholders to have personal liability. You can also discuss fiduciry duties where applicable. Write a memorandum of points and authorities that compares two cases or journals on opposing sides of your selected topic. In the memo, you must write to persuade the reader (a judge (but really, it’s me)) to rule in favor of the position you take on
