Write a legal brief against the position you wrote about in Written Assignment 1. You must make, and support, the opposite argumentfrom the one you made in your first brief. Again, try to convince the reader (the judge) of your position. While I understand that you are not an attorney, try to make your assignment as real, and convincing, as possible.
