Purpose: To allow students to demonstrate a critical understanding of theories relating to identity politics by applying them to frame a case study of a political movement, group or event (relating to identity politics).
Instructions: For the major written paper for the unit, students will be doing a case study on a movement, group or event that relates to identity politics. The subject of the case study should be limited to one movement, group or event.
