Research on of the management companies mentioned in the text, food or facility and do a complete overview. Be sure to cover aspects such as types of facilities managed, what types of contract they operate (percentage of net, fee or wholly own), staffing numbers of those facilities. List out potential positions that you might be interested in that these companies have available now. Do these facilities have sports teams associated with them? What kinds of events do they manage? Do they offer security services or are those contracted out? What types of revenue generating activities do they perform? This needs to be a 5-7 page review of the company.
