Explain the main issues as presented by speaker Scott Fraser.
Is there a problem with accepting an eyewitnesses account of what they observed occur in a court of law?
How does Mr. Scott Fraser frame the necessary changes to be made for the criminal court process to be more fair and equitable?
Should our criminal court system rely more heavily on scientific methodologies than that of human recollection?
Lastly, would it be ethical and fair to go back through all past murder convictions and assess whether these past cases require reexamination? List the pros and cons in such a process.
