deepening your thinking on a topic that is more abstract than the previous two essays in this
class. As always, you’ll need to remember the following elements:
● An introduction paragraph that ends with your thesis.

thesis statement
● Body paragraphs with clear topic sentences, evidence, and deep analysis where you
synthesize your evidence, bringing articles and your thinking into conversation with
