Calculatte the following items to see if it is affordable to your budget:

Loan Amt = Property Price – Down Payment
Payment Monthly = -PMT(rate/12,Years*12,Loan Amt)
Total Interest = Loan Amt * Years * Rate
Total Amt = Total Interest + Loan Amt
