Now that you have read about and practiced several techniques that contribute to overall wellness, you will be creating a complete wellness plan. This plan should include a new workout plan with the revisions you will make based on your experiences with the 6-week exercise program followed. Additionally your experiences in the course with nutrition, stress management, and sleep management will help to outline the plan.
You are free to be creative in how you will present this plan. It can be in the form of a slideshow presentation, a video (which should be roughly 4-6 minutes long), or a document that outlines all of this information. Regardless of the format you use, this wellness plan should be concise, complete, and contain SMART goals (2-3 per dimension of wellness). Your new exercise, nutrition, stress management, and sleep goals should be specific, easily measurable, and attainable.
Keep in mind that this is less of a reflection and more of a demonstration that you understand the components of lifetime wellness and are able to apply them to your life.
