You may explore online budgets for this assignment. Some key considerations for a budget include the program needs, goal, vision and mission of the program. Donations, fundraisers and funding sources, guidelines for licensing when staffing, purchasing equipment, materials and supplies for a center. Remember you are analyzing, comparing and contrasting (two) budgets from two different center programs. Please compare and contrast each budget and provide your overall reflections relating to the two budgets.
