For Part 1; you will use AAMFT Code of Ethics and ACA Code of Ethics (linked below) as well as two additional sources to explain what kind of issues that are in the vignette. The part where it says Legal/Ethic Issue: name of issue (example boundaries, countertransference, dual relationship, mandated reporting, confidentiality, intimate partner violence, sexual misconduct, informed consent, mandated reporting, termination) you will use eight of these terms and see how it relates to the case. As well as how these code of ethics are in New York State guidelines. There should be a total of eight legal/ ethic issue.
