Explain how Analyzing learners is the first step in the ASSURE model. Many would argue that analyzing learners is the most important step in the educational process. For this assignment, you are required to comprehensively analyze a group of learners (between 8–10 people) in preparation of teaching your chosen Quality and Safety Education for Nurses (QSEN) competency. You can either reflect back to your prelicensure clinical group that you were a part of or choose a group of coworkers to reflect on.
