Please follow the template I provided and finish the following steps(word count does not matter):
1. Introduction: Overall description of the device both physically and functionally.
2. Human Hearts: Pertinent background information about electrical activity in the human heart. This should include information about how the heart works and how it relates to the ECG trace.
3. Project Steps: A detailed list noting the sequence of steps taken to complete the project.
4. Block 1 – Instrumentation Amp: Include a schematic, description, and any design calculations. Where online software/design tools were used, include pertinent inputs and outputs as well as any provided modeling equations for the circuit.

8. Quad Op-Amp Datasheet: Insert the first page of the quad op-amp datasheet.
9. Block 4 – Three stage low pass filter: Include a schematic, description, and any design calculations. Where online software/design tools were used, include pertinent inputs and outputs as well as any provided modeling equations for the circuit.
10. Dual Op-Amp Datasheet: Insert the first page of the dual op-amp datasheet.
11. Block 6 – DC Offset: Include a schematic, description, and any design calculations. Where online software/design tools were used, include pertinent inputs and outputs as well as any provided modeling equations for the circuit.
12. Block 7 – Arduino
Include a functional description as well as the Arduino code with annotations describing the function of each line
13. Block 8 – LabVIEW VI
Provide a functional description of LabVIEW and what we are using it for. The “code” for the LabVIEW VI need not be included; just an explanation of what the VI is doing.
14. Comments and Conclusions: Comments and conclusions about the project and recommendations for improving the design.
