Also please keep in mind that for the purposes of the week five assignment (and based on the reading information in week two) CRM stands for Crew Resource Management (NOT Customer Relationship Management) so this should be the focus of your week five project. Also try looking up risk and injury reduction training programs at work to broaden your search (Since all similar programs are not all called CRM).
