Write a paper that discusses the challenges that airline pilots face when seeking employment. Apart from their training, pilots are heavily scrutinized by the FAA, are required to not have any outstanding health issues that may interfere with their ability to fly, and must be determined to be in good mental standing. While the FAA holds the interest of creating the safest possible environment for crew and passengers, many of their regulations need modernization and are often considered too strict in regards to issues that do not impact a person’s ability to do their job safely. They may also face discrimination on the basis of sex, race, or the company that they hare coming from. Any of these topics, among others, would be suitable to discuss. I do need at least one of the sources to be in print. Also, do not worry about the section concerning a human interview.
