E) The strong rating concerning psychological rewards are the most striking finding. Why emphasise religion? There was little difference between Muslim and non-Muslim. In the literature review, it was stated that this factor was only relevant for low-income employees. However, it was the independent variable with the strongest correlation to turnover intentions. This should have been noted. Turnover intentions is the best section but the findings are overstated. F) Recommendations for practice are confusing because you mixes different types of rewards. Flexible working practices were not part of this research so it is difficult to understand the second recommendation. First and third recommendations are within the scope of the research.
