In my opinion the second one is quite immediate and we do not need a dissertation to reply about this research question. The methodology does not convince me. You mentioned Multiple Streams Approach and then a secondary data approach based on review and other analyses. Beware that you have to consider primary and/or secondary data that will permit you to run your own analyses and findings discussion. Just a general note then about Covid, remember that is an ongoing issue, so do not forget about this point in the future when you will continue with your dissertation.” I need help editing this paper by: 1- write a longer introduction with better motivation. 2- change the research questions to better one 3- change the methodology and the theoretical framework to a framework that allow me to analyze the secondary data. Because my research study completely based on secondary data. I am not sure about how to make it better so I need a good writer to help me with that
